  • Cloud Services: Refunds are available within 15 days of the initial payment if you are dissatisfied with the service provided. Pro-rata refunds may be issued for unused portions of pre-paid services beyond the 15-day period.
  • CRM Solutions, E-Commerce Solutions, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund eligibility will depend on the stage of the project and the specific services rendered up to that point.

b. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Customized software development where substantial progress has been made.
  • Digital marketing services after the commencement of campaigns.
  • Any service where a final deliverable has been provided and accepted by the client.

3. Requesting a Refund
